Spend a day in the Vesuvian Area visiting the amazing archaeological Site of Heruclanuem.
Pick-up from Sorrento and transfer to the archaeological site; by the entrance, you’ll meet the guide and will spent consequently 2 hours walking through the alleys of the historical town.

We had a great time with this tour. We were in Herculaneum for about 2 hours and we’re shown all of the modern innovations they had over two thousand years ago! The tour guide was great and she used these personal radios so you could hear her from any distance. The journey there was great. Would recommend.

Although not so well known as Pompeii, Herculaneum is well worth a visit. The buildings are much more intact than Pompeii and the place is smaller, so you get a real feel for the tragedy that happened here.
Our guide Anna was brilliant, very friendly & knowledgable. Pick up and drop off near our hotel which was good. Although we did the half day tour, I would recommend you do Pompeii & Herculaneum together the same day; as it would be easier to compare the two.
