Overall I’d say it was good. The driver was originally late but it is understandable given the chaos before the Olympics. The driver also got us to the hotel earlier than anticipated but was also on his phone the whole time. Given the unique circumstances I’d say very good

Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. While driving us to the hotel, he provided us with historical facts about the area. The only thing I didn't like was that the street was blocked and we has to get out and walk. Essentially, our hotel street wasn't so he could have went an alternative route. He was good with putting our heavy luggage in the suv and out of the sun. He had super powers because luggage was heavy.

Our driver greeted us on arrival & was friendly, courteous & very helpful. The van for 8 of us was also very nice & comfortable. He assisted with all of our luggage as well.
In short he was fantastic.
We ware very grateful for his excellent service.
I think he said his name was Moyen - I may have the name spelt wrong.
