Mr. Pradeep was an amazing driver. His English was easy to understand and his hospitality was wonderful. He always kept the car cool and safe and made sure we were comfortable. He even introduced us to the lassi drink!
The tour was organized clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing 13-day Golden Triangle trip. Our driver, Takhat, was incredibly patient and cool. The local guides were exceptionally knowledgeable, engaging storytellers, and talented photographers. All our accommodations were splendid with excellent in-house food, except for Sagat Villa. When I informed the company about the issue, they promptly replaced our accommodation. Overall, we had a fantastic time.

Good value for money tour. The accommodation was excellent, and the organising, and the choice of destinations were good. The inclusions were generous. The driver was excellent and accommodating despite language limitations.
The guides were generally good, but some need better training.
Communications from the manager was abysmal. The promised itinerary underwent a number of changes without advance notice. We were supposed to be sent the final itinerary before departure, but nothing came through. Every bit of critical information had to be extracted rather than be given.
The stop and overnight at Sambhar was a surprise as it was not in the original itinerary and it was a total waste of time. Nothing was organised there by way of activities!!
All in all a worthy adventure with lots of pleasant surprises.
I would recommend this tour to anyone intending to visit the golden triangle in India.

My friend and I (both 24 year old girls from Australia) just finished our 11 day tour with Swastik Tours. It was better than we could have ever imagined. We read so many reviews before and were cautious due to so many friends and family warning us of potential problems we may face. But all our worries faded on this tour. Our driver Mahendra Singh was exceptional. We felt so well looked after. We had SO much fun on this tour and experienced so many of the best parts of Indian culture and history. There was a lot of driving, but we stopped and made the journey fun - a tip would be to bring a portable speaker. This way we played our own music most of the time :) also all the food recommendations were amazing - we both went veggie and didn’t get sick at all! The accomodation was outstanding some nights, and basic others - so just prepare for that. You can always customise and change some accomodation if you’re fussy. We can’t believe our tour is over and we will never forget it !!!!

In February, we had an exciting 2 week trip to India using Swastik India Journeys. Karni helped me modify one of their tours to put together an unforgettable visit to Rajasthan and the Taj Mahal with stays at two castles. We even had the good fortune to have a mother tiger and her cubs walk right up to our vehicle. Our guides were excellent with very good English. There were a couple of glitches with hotel reservations which resulted in more driving time, but these were quickly resolved. One thing to remember is that tipping is customary in India. We knew this and didn’t mind this additional cost to our trip. For the most part, the service we received was well worth it.
Our wonderful driver, Mr Nerendra, was the foundation of our trip. His smooth and reliable driving throughout our tour made everything seem effortless. He safely made the crazy traffic in India seem everyday to Americans. He was always on time and his vehicle was always comfortable and clean. All we had to do was be ready to go and he fit everything else into place so we saw all the sites on our itinerary. And he was always open to our suggestions and additions. He even took us to beautiful Hindu temples that were not part our official tour. We hope that he will be our driver when we return to India.

Approached the end of our 14 day tour with Swastik India Journeys and the tour was just wow!
Great experiences and a lot of things to do in one day. If you like an adventure every day then I definitely recommend. The history of the all the places were very fascinating too!
The food was great! And the people of India were very helpful! (Keep in mind, if anyone is helping you within guided tours/restaurants/hotels/bathrooms, tips are appreciated☺️).
Some of the hotels we did change, however the changes were seamless and communication was efficient.
If going on the Safari in Rathembore, be prepared for a shakey ride hahah. Unfortunately we did not see any tigers or leopards but plenty of other awesome wildlife to see nonetheless.
Arriving to all destinations with our driver Mahindra Singh! Great lad, good humor, has answers to any questions and very helpful. Always accommodating to whatever we needed and so grateful for his hard work and hospitality.
Thank you!! We had a great time travelling in India!!

Krishan Paliwal was our Swastik India Journeys Jaipur tour guide. Our tour is a private tour of four. We were met by Krishan at our hotel in the morning. He has a friendly persona and explained the day programme, we had a fantastic start! During the tour, he was very flexible and allowed plenty of time for us to do the things we want. We never felt rushed for which we are very appreciative.
As we were travelling with an elderly family member, some of the itinerary were too physical challenging or not of any interest to us. We requested to cancel them and opted to spend some time in the Pink City instead. He was very accommodating and understanding in making the changes to personally show us and explain the local community customs and traditions including the local daily way lives in the Pink City. For that he deserves a special thanks. We had a great days there, which obviously also added up to the experience. Thank you, Krishan.

What a great tour. Our driver Pradeep was informative, friendly and showed us all the best local spots along the way. Two weeks staying in various types of accommodation and a new clean vehicle, saw so many interesting sites of India.

Our wonderful tour was Taj Mahal and wildlife. We had an amazing time stayed in some incredible forts. However, our favourite was staying Padlia House. We could not recommend this beautiful hotel enough. The rooms are beautiful, the gardens welcoming and the food and service exceptional. Thank you so much Shilka. Our tour took us to many fabulous places but one of our favourites was the safari where we were lucky enough to witness a beautiful Tigress in the wild. Too many great experiences to mention. However, without our wonderful funny accomodating Driver TAKHAT none would have been possible. You made our trip so much fun thank you TAKHAT for a fabulous ride.
In conclusion if we had one complaint! Our accomodation was double booked and we were moved to the Rockstar Hotel in Pushkar. We would not recommend TourRadar or Swastik tours use this establishment which was very dirty and unkempt as were the staff.
However, we had a wonderful tour and would recommend this tour to others.
