Best taxi service weve dealt with on Egypt.
We'd left a newly brought painting in the back of the taxi from the airport and within 10 minutes of contactimg them the driver, Mustafa, had come all the way back with the painting to drop off at our hotel reception.
A very friendly service to use especially when travelling with kids.

One of the best driver/guide in the Luxoris Mr. Sam. He was very punctual, very cooprative, be on time and very helpful and very polite person. Amazing guy. On the way to the hotel he showed us the nearby places of attraction. Showed us good places to eat. Where we can get local food. Very informative and friendly. Definitely recommend him for any tour.

Driver very rude and tried to charge extra cash upon departure I was in communication with him prior to pick up time and agreed with a time he got there 5 minutes early and then said I’m past pick time and tried to pull one over on me

The driver was such a wonderful person!
He kindly contacted us before our departure time.
Thanks to it, I realized I had made a mistake (I booked a car for only three people although we were a group of four.)
He immediately arranged another vehicle with a bigger capacity.
In addition to that, he waited for us although our flight delayed.
He is really professional and nice.
