We had to wait for over 30 minutes for getting the car as the man was just not moving from the appointed place. Whole process is most annoying and terrible specially after a long haul flight. I will never recommend to anyone

After checking in with the representative instead of the driver (a mess in itself), we were told to wait briefly to the side. then 15 minutes later, they said the driver was 15 minutes late and would be there shortly. 15 minutes after that, they told us to wait on the bench and that there was a lot of traffic (Google Maps showed none). Almost an hour and a half in, we finally got taken to the van. The ride itself went smoothly, but we were late to an important family function.
A professional transit company would have been upfront that their car was very delayed, and to instead take one of the many cabs waiting right in front of the pick-up area. Instead, this one strung us along to retain the business. A lot of others who probably booked with the same company were also waiting a very long time without explanation.
We recommend saving your time, money, and well-being by just taking a taxi next time you fly into Istanbul Airport.

I booked this private transfer for my husband and I. When we arrived to the specified meeting point, no one was waiting for us (despite being told this would be the case) and we had to stand outside and wait about 20 minutes to be taken to where the car was when it was finally ready. The car and ride itself were fine, but I was disappointed in the organization.

Meeting up with our taxi was pretty chaotic. I don’t know if it’s always like this at Istanbul airport or just our day. I was expecting someone with a sign near where you exit from customs but no one was there. I called the office number and he directed me to a distant street exit. Directions to this place could have been sent in advance. There we waited about 30 minutes till eventually we were taken to the garage to wait some more till our driver arrived. I understand how busy it is and how bad traffic is but advanced warning about the procedure would have helped.

I was advised to proceed to a certain location and at that location i was advised to gather with a number of others awaiting rides. After several minutes the group was escorted to another location where we each waited for our individual transportaton, another 15 or so minutes. The ride to my hotel was good. I guess I expected to see a person with a sign with my name on it like most other airport pickups.
