Unfortunately this tour was a complete rip-off. The park itself was amazing, and the bus was comfortable, but there the positive vibes end. The guide was not the person for the job. She refused to tell us which route we were taking, the only option was to follow her, which with a group of 51 people in a very crowded park was simply impossible. This lead to me panicking as I realized I had lost sight of my group due to stopping for a literal minute to take a picture of a couple in front of a waterfall. I spent half an hour lost in the park, taking turns at crossroads by pure luck and hoping I would find my group. Eventually I did, but there was no fun or enjoyment in the experience whatsoever. Overall the pace was very very fast, people were really struggling to keep up, there was absolutely no time to take photos, let alone pose in any. I’m in a relatively good shape, but I really struggled too. People ordered food in a couple of food stalls along the path (myself included) as the guide didn’t tell us where we were having lunch. The lunch ended up being in a restaurant outside of the park after 3pm at which point everybody was extremely hungry and exhausted since we had left for the tour at 7am. The guide was very grumpy, unprofessional and disrespectful during the whole tour which led to an overall negative vibe and the constant stress and rush didn’t help either. I heard numerous comments from other group members about the same things, so I wasn’t the only displeased customer. A few people even stayed behind in the park and paid for a private ride back to Split later that day as they felt like they didn’t have time to enjoy the park at all during the tour. The guide also told us that the biggest waterfall was closed and that’s why we couldn’t go and see it from up close, only from far above, but this wasn’t true at all since we saw people below us admiring the waterfall from a close distance. The driver also refused to open the front door of the bus, so people needed to go in and out from the rear door, and he made fun of American tourists by imitating them with another driver at one of the stops which I found very disrespectful and tacky. I would love to visit the park again as it truly is beautiful, but never in a million years I would recommend this tour to anyone.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The scenery was stunning and the trip was exceptionally well organised. The food at the resywraunr outside the park was lovely! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and his expertise made for a wonderful day. 🥰

Mate was an exceptional tour guide who went above and beyond to make the tour a fantastic one for us. He made sure we saw all the sights in the park, and also wowed us with his amazing storytelling. He always kept us hooked and entertained, and also made sure that no one fell behind. He accounted for each and every person at every crucial point. Overall, Mate is an amazing tour guide and he was extremely lovely, would definitely recommend him!

The scenery was absolutely amazing! Frank provided such interesting background stories along the way and picked a lovely trail for the group the walk and enjoy the view. The recommended local restaurant was also great with reasonable prices. :)
