He was there and waiting for us. He was friendly and spoke English quite well On the trip in, he made suggestions on foods we should try while visiting. I would recommend this service to friends.

I had read some bad reviews about Prague taxi transfers so I pre-booked with viator and obtained a fixed price for a transfer from Prague international airport to a city hotel. That being said I expected the driver to ask for more because we had extra baggage. The driver took us on a 10 minute diversion through the city before delivering us to our hotel and helping us with our luggage. He (David) did not ask us for extra money. A totally pleasant experience

Our driver was excellent. We had luggage missing so it took us extra time to get out. We were so relieved to see him waiting for us with a big smile. Enjoyable conversation on way to hotel. He had so many great suggestions. Highly recommend

Andre was a phenomenal driver. He took me to my hotel and pointed out various landmarks and points of interest along the way. He's from Prague, so he's extremely knowledgeable too. His car was immaculately clean, he had water, a tour guide and a map ready to go. I highly recommend him if you book with this agency.

The driver was early and was waiting for me on my arrival. He was patient while we waited for my luggage and was great to talk to with lots of tips and facts about the area.

5 star service. We had a shared transfer, on arrival we shared with one other couple, on departure, we had our own car. Both drivers were excellent. We were delighted to be given a map and guidebook on arrival, and we joined their free walking tour (tip the guide), which we enjoyed too. This company is excellent.
