I would like to preface this by saying that the driver, Rey, was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the website is misleading. They tell you that it lasts 3 hours, it lasted almost 6 and I had somewhere to be at 8:30 and didn’t get to make it because we arrived at 8:45. The site also says that you’ll be sampling various olive oils - we sampled ONE. And the guy at the store provided no information and seemed peeved that we got there “late”. Not sure what time he expected us but everyone was on time - early actually because the tour supposedly started at 4 and they made me meet at the point at 3. By the end of the almost 6 hours, everyone was super hungry because we didn’t eat and thought we’d be sampling lots of olive oils with bread. In reality, again, we sampled ONE with 2 pieces of bread. They told us that depending on the time of year, not all the distilleries are open. Perhaps that’s something they should mention on the website. I stayed an extra day in Sevilla just to do this tour and I regretted it

If I could give less than one star I would! Do not do business with this company! Zero customer service!
Six adults booked a private tour and the guide arrives in a vehicle suited for 4 - as we attempted to squeeze a 6’4” man into the vehicle- the two smallest crawled into jump seats in the rear with their knees in their chest.
We then were told, it’s a nice car … duh! And we would be riding a little over an hour to & from our destination - we decided then, it would be impossible.
The poor girl, Desiree at the kiosk had no idea what to do … she called and said there’s no other vehicles available and tells me to contact the company via email or phone.
Sent multiple messages via phone - even reached out directly to GetYourGuide as this company was the provider.
No one seems able to respond and make this right. This activity didn’t happen and we spent over $700 … I would like a full refund! GetYourGuide cannot respond until they hear from the local provider - Naturanda.
Getting my Travel Agent involved now!
Avoid this kind of situation for your vacation!

Amazing experience learning about olive oil production at a quality olive oil farm! The family of the olive oil farm was gracious with their time and attention to visitors. Transportation from Sevilla was efficient and Patricia was a great host on the trip from Sevilla to the olive oil farm.

I have had many excursions around the world over the years and this ranks as one of the very best ever. A comfortable minivan took us on a 30 minute scenic ride to the sixth-generation family-owned Basilippo olive farm and oil factory. A family member who lives on the farm and is passionate about olive oil and is an expert taster gave us an informative tour of the farm, factory, and tasting. I learned so much and now appreciate high quality award winning olive oil and brought some home for myself and friends. There were only four of us so it was a private tour.

Patricia was very nice and on time to take us to Basilippo! The tour at Basilippo was amazing, the guide walked us around the property and explained the entire process from start to finish. The tasting was delicious, and we now have a good recipe for ice cream with olive oil!

Patricia was amazing to start the trip, so punctual and sweet getting us over to Basilippo! Then the tour itself was incredibly informative and the tasting was a perfect ending to the outing. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful tour of the Olive Farm. Patricia was a great guide. The olive farm was out of the world. Educational and informative, we learnt about the entire process and also tasting...
It's a must do if you are in Spain.

We enjoyed the tour- very informative and enjoyed the olive grove, factory and tasting. The owner gave a wonderful tour and shared a glass of his organic wine while we enjoyed the beautiful view. Our kids found the drive long - it was an HOUR and 20 minutes, not 20 minutes, as written in the description. After our 8:45am pick up and picking up fellow pax at another hotel, we arrived at the olive farm at 10:30. That would be our only critique.
