Cadiz is a great place. I have known from history books. I was interested to see it in person. The tour wasn’t the best way to do it. We did several trips with the company and the first obvious problem with the bus tours is communication. Be on the top of your game. Multiple tours leaving from the same crowded area. Know your tour guide’s name and pay attention when calling the names because you might not recognize yours. Our Cadiz tour had three language groups. English, Spanish, French. That made the tour slow. Kudos for the guide to do the gig in three languages, but she clearly preferred French more to English. We also had a lot of empty walking between spots. We did not enter any sites.

The drive was great and Ivan was a wealth of good information. We loved both cities. It gave us a taste of each so we can know if we want to explore more at a later date

Really poorly organized tour. First stop in Jerez in a cellar to taste 5 wines where we had to understand the explanation of the very good sommelier who spoke English and Spanish but unfortunately our guide didn't even make an effort to translate into Italian. Once the tasting and the visit to the cellar are over, I go around Jerez with a very quick visit and without the possibility of visiting any place. Bus running towards Cadiz with a quick explanation of some places including the cathedral. Very short break of an hour for a busy lunch and then a hasty tour around the town to see the theater from the outside. Afterwards, another useless one-hour break on the beach, time that would have been better spent calmly wandering around Cadiz.
To then return to Seville.
A round of applause to Leon the guide who had to speak 3 languages and a 0 rating for the Italian guide who did not arrive.
In conclusion, time management needs to be reviewed in order to give space to visiting monuments and cities.

This tour was not as advertised. I booked a small group (15) English tour and there 30 of us with 3 languages. Katherine was our guide and I felt very rushed to get places. The sherry winery tour with tasting was good but we were never taken to the sales room to buy it. There was a 2 hour walking tour in both towns which was unexpected. There is a very interesting archeological find in Cadiz. They found an ancient Roman theatre we got to walk into. The ocean was very nice but we only had a short time there.
