Before starting the tour, our guide will explain some brief notions of safety and the use of kayaking. In addition our customers can use our facilities to change clothes and store their luggage. Interesting and informative tour up and down the river. We went at a gentle pace and we’re able to take some breaks if needed. Amazing views and very helpful that it was in English. Highly recommend but be prepared to get a bit wet!

Our tour guide Rey was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour is detailed and is a lovely way to explore this beautiful city. Rey delivered the tour to us in English and then repeated it all in Spanish for the rest of our group! His work was doubled and he did this with a smile. On the return trip he pointed out some turtles living along the bank - very special moment to see these basking in the sun. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our kayak tour very much. Luis did a good job warming us up and getting us out on the river. The information he shared was good but not extensive. Nice to do something active and see the serious rowers on the river. Really more like a 2 hour tour maximum, but that was plenty. Thanks!

The trip started a half hour late because other people didn’t show up on time.
They had already changed the time on the tour the day before, which was an inconvenience.
Guide could have been more interested, and could have provided more information.
