Terrible service!!! I received two confirmations including one the day before pick up. The driver DIDN't SHOW UP!!! I called the provided number and was connected to a voicemail in France. I then found an email on my phone that was sent 4 minutes before our arranged pick up time that said the driver would not be coming. Our family was scrambling to find taxi's in the middle of Florence. We split up sending my husband and two daughters to the airport while our other daughter and I wandered the streets trying to find a taxi. Terribly stressful. They didn't even bother to text or call so the only reason I knew they weren't coming is that I checked my email confirmation.
