Our guide Dennis was awesome! He was knowledgeable and accommodating. We loved everything about the tour except the lavender fields. This part of the tour was underwhelming. You literally pull up into a little field with lavender. It looked nothing like the stunning pictures shown. There was no place to sit and enjoy them, no educational signs, nothing except fields with lavender and lots of weeds. On the way up we visited a waterfall that had a lavender oil extraction booth. We were very interested to learn more about this process, but unfortunately, it wasn’t open yet when we were there. The rest of the tour was great. The village we visited was quaint and had wonderful places to stop and enjoy a coffee and croissant. The gorge, waterfall and lake were beautiful. Would we still take the tour knowing this? Probably. I just would not have high expectations for the lavender fields. Perhaps we were just too late in the season.

Great journey, amazing scenery. Love the boat paddling and waterfall. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and enjoyed his stories and company, amazing experience!

We had a wonderful day with Nikola as our guide, very accommodating, got to see everything as described and our highlight would probably be going on on St Croix lake in a peddle boat.

(lavender fields, swimming in lake verdon, small villages). You have to know that at least half the day even more takes place in my car. Only no information was given about the places visited... so we were accompanied by a driver and not a Guide.

The 1st stop on our trip Cascade waterfalls was quite memorable. Highlights that our group loved include Lake Saint Croix and the village of Saint Marie which was picturesque. The Gorges du Verdon was impressive but I had the wrong impression that the trip would take me to the Gorge and I would be able to kayak or swim - it does not so was disappointed. There is a lot of driving with windy roads so be prepared. Our guide Mario was very polite, friendly and professional - took hundred of pics that he shared with the group but lacked in sharing the history of each place we would have expected and was not as clear when he spoke.

Gouda was a great tour guide! Allowed us time to spend at each beautiful location, and explained to us all that was around. I think we saw the prettiest village in all of our 10 days here in the French Riviera. He knew all the spots to park/drop off and where all the bathrooms and secret picture spots were located. Great tour!

Had an enjoyable visit to Verdon Gorge. The tour guide Mario was fun, informative & accommodating. The stops were thoughtful & picture perfect. I asked if I could swim at one point on the tour, and Mario made it happen. I would’ve liked maybe a different viewpoint of the pristine waters in the gorge, but the stop still showed off its beauty. And the villages were stunning!! Thoroughly enjoyed the day.
