From Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki. Infants under 2 year old is free when they are held by an adult. Car seat is not a requirement but is recommended, once infant occupies a seat with the baby seat adult fee is applied.

Our flight was delayed by 2 hrs, then we lost our luggage at the airport and had to wait for another hour. I kept in touch and updated them and they were patient and understanding.

We arrived .. waited & waited .. We had no connection / mobil - apparently a passing shuttle drive phone the office so they could come & get us. They only come when you contact them of your arrival.

Comfortable ride and friendly driver . However, I won’t use again. They were 10 minutes late. So that dampened the experience dramatically. It would have faster to get an Uber instead of waiting in the airport after a 6 hour flight.

I have a bad memory but I think our driver was “Scott”. We arrived early to the airport and called the number for the shuttle. The person gave us specific walking directions from our luggage pick up to the pick up location. Scott helped us load all our luggage and pointed out sights along the route to our hotel.

No one turned up at the airport.
We call the company but the stuff member was very rude.
I emailed to request a refund but no one contacts me...
I would not recommend anyone...

This service was great! We arrived early before our scheduled pickup at the airport and I called and they sent a driver within 5 minutes. Very friendly driver!

Our driver was great and told us some history of the Island and plaexperience.
The company y was so great. We had a long wait after we got our luggage and they were very kind and told us not to worry that they will pick us up when we were ready.

Easy airport shuttle service - not a long ride... but there wasn't really any communication from the staff before the flight. I made a quick phone call when I was at baggage claim, was told to walk outside at a certain area and just wait - but it wasn't totally clear what I was waiting for or how long it would take. But in the end, it all worked out! The AC was on high so it was dripping down onto the seats XD

Trying to get someone to talk to about our tours is a horrible experience. Since you are a 3rd party that books tours we have no number to contact you or the place for questions.
