It was a small group, 13 of us total, we were the only family that wasn’t a couple as we had our teenage son with us but it was nice to have a small group so waiting on people wasn’t an issue. The tour guide and captain Vinny/Vincent was great and even checked with everyone in advance to make sure we know it was a swimming tour, and it sure was! If you aren’t a strong swimmer or don’t want to get fully wet this tour isn’t for you and you will just be disappointed and drag everyone else down. He took us to a private cave because the weather prohibited us from doing the 3 caves (blue cave was still on the itinerary). We had to swim to the cave from the boat and enter the cave under water which was a fantastic experience, he exited the boat to show us the way. Really cool cave system. Then onto the sandy beach, where you were provided dry packs as you had to swim to the beach from the boat. We just swam in the waves the entire time and soaked in the sun so we didn’t take anything but our phone case and credit card for drink purchases on the beach (windy weather made the ocean choppy that day which was actually a treat to body surf the waves). Then onto blue cave, again the wind made it hard as the boat was nice and large for plenty of space for us but it also made it hard to keep it from drifting into the choppy water even with anchor so the captain had to keep moving the boat. The 3 of us are great swimmers and made it to the cave and explored on our own, my son and husband even climbed the rocks around the cave for some rock diving/jumping which Vinny had told us to try. The cave seems a little scary at first but this cave didn’t even require a complete underwater entrance. They provided all the drinks you could want and snorkel gear (although masks were all you really needed for this trip) and a great, nice clean boat. Highly recommend if you want a nice boat ride and see the popular attractions while in Dubrovnik.

What an amazing afternoon with Marinero Excursions in The UFO boat! The staff were awesome - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and chilled! The spots we visited and swam around were stunning! The support and guidance from the staff ensured we all had an incredible experience in the caves and surrounding bays. The boat has refreshments on board - alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
Would definitely recommend!!

Fabulous day out on the UFO boat. Katarina and Vicko were fabulous. Itinerary adjusted to account for the number of boats at different locations. Swam through tiny caves with the help of Vicjo which helped my confidence. So much fun. Great music and timing was perfect. Did the afternoon trip and was really worth it. My husband was sceptical but had a blast.

We went on this trip and had an amazing time. Vinnie and Carolina were amazing hosts. Vinnie was extremely supportive of those on the boat and assisted with entry into the caves. Carolina couldn't do enough for you and kept on top of offering us refreshments.
We were unable to see the green caves due to poor undercurrent conditions, so we had a blue Cave substitute. The trip as a whole was really enjoyable, the boat was comfortable and overall a blast!!

amazing experience start to finish, our guides marino and suzanna were so lovely and helpful. we had drinks served the whole time and great music on the boat. they made sure we were happy and the caves and beach were loads of fun!! would highly recommend

Beautiful time! Our guides were really fun and friendly! The views were gorgeous but the caves were a little bit too busy for me to really enjoy. They were crowded, which of course, can’t be helped. However, the experience was really enjoyable, with beautiful views and lovely water to snorkel in!

We all had a great time. The crew were very friendly, fun and very knowledgeable, the boat was great too. I would recommend this trip to any one of any age, you don’t have to go in the water. I didn’t as it was quite choppy and cold at the time we went, but still had a great time.
