Professional friendly staff. They go out of their way to provide excellent services. Someone left their medication and they ensured the gentleman that his medication would be at the airport before his flight!

They did an outstanding job with our private transfer from Montego Bay to the Luxury Bahia Príncipe Runaway Bay. I was in charge of booking round trip transfer for a group of 12. Originally we were all on the same flights, but we ended up on 3 different plans and leaving on 3 different days. I communicated with Morrel each of the changes and it was absolutely flawless. We had zero problems! Everything was on time, transfers were comfortable, and I would highly recommend! On our arrival trip, I requested there to be beer, champagne, and water for everyone and he wrote it into my quote and it was perfect! If I return to Jamaica, I will definitely be calling Morrel and Jamaica Exquisite Tours for our transfer!

If you like waiting on slow, lost, straggling tourists - this is your service.
Was told to board a large bus - “we are leaving in 25 minutes”... one hour later, were jammed aboard and pulling out of the airport parking lot. Was told we’d be “stopping at a place where the drinks are a lot cheaper for only 5 minutes”. 30 minutes later, we were lumbering out of the out of the way strip mall.
After a long day of standing in line, delays and travel, the last thing we wanted was to arrive at our resort several hours after landing in paradise.
Never again, next time will take a different transport company!

my trip back to the airport 3 times. Richard couldn't have been more courteous and polite. I will definitely be requesting Richard when we come back next year.

My flight was running late and I was a little concerned however my driver was at the airport waiting on me. My driver Mr Richard was very professional, he tried to give me a tour on my way to the hotel. He picked me up early from the hotel, overall he was amazing. Thank you Mr. Richard for a exceptional customer service.

From the time I made my reservation, they where quick to respond Marcy was so polite on the phone. Alina our meet and greet agent at the airport was extremely friendly and polite and Carl our driver he was great the vehicle was in a immaculate condition. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat.

Our driver PHILIP was AMAZING!!!! He picked us up from the airport and was also I ur driver from the resort back to the airport. He was the best. He made sure we had everything we needed, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely book with them on my return. 5 stars!

Used Shuttle service from airport to Runaway Bay resort and return back to MBJ. I cannot say enough good things about this service. They were flexible when we had change in the incoming flight due to airline cancellations. Also when I messed up the booking for the return date, and they got us back to the airport with no hassle. I would highly recommend this service. The drivers were well-informed and personable. Marcy was extremely responsive to email inquiries and the changes.

Kemar came early during pick up. Like a gentlemen he helped us with our bags and greeted us warmly. During the trip he told us so many things about Jamaica we didn't know. All our questions were answered even if it was silly. He took the time to get to know us and where we came from as well. Our 1 hour ride didnt even feel like an hour. We got to the Grand safely! We loved him so much we even inquired to have him pick us up at the end of our trip. He's such an amazing person who cares about what he does and his guests. Thank, Kemar! When we come back, we're going to ask for you again!!
