We had a fantastic time exploring Chichen Itza and enjoying delicious Mayan food. Our 8 and 9 year old kids were excited the whole day! I can't leave out our fantastic guide, I bet no AI could replace him. I'm IT engineer and I say this honestly Lol!
We got to swim in the beautiful Xcajum cenote and even tried some zip lining. Communication was great before and during the trip. We felt safe and well taken care of the whole time.
We definitely recommend this full day trip if you want a real taste of Mayan culture!

Our party had an amazing time at Chichen Itza with Miguel as our tour guide. He had a great sense of humor, making the tour both informative and entertaining. Miguel's deep knowledge of the site's history and importance made the ancient ruins come alive. His passion for sharing stories and creating a fun atmosphere made this tour truly memorable. We had an incredible day on our tour with David our guide and Carlos as our driver! The first stop was the breathtaking Chichen Itza ruins, and David shared so much interesting history with us. After that, we headed to a cenote, where the cool, fresh water was just what we needed, and the tacos were delicious. Our last stop in Valladolid, where we enjoyed some amazing cappuccino and churros, a perfect end of the day. David made sure we know exactly what to expect and answered all our questions, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. My wife and I loved it so much that we're planning to come back with our kids next time! Thanks again to David for being such a great guide!
Definitely a must!

Absolutely loved our trip! My sister and I had a great time. She's been living in Amsterdam for a few years now, since she's not such used to the heat and humidity of Cancun and the Yucatan she unfortunately suffered a bit from heat exhaustion. But, wow! our guide Lilly was incredible in looking after us keeping the tour running smoothly for everyone. Health support showed up in no time and even gave us some electrolytes. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Lilly was awesome, and so was our driver Israel as well as all the staff from Tourballoon, very attentive people. Totally recommend this tour!

The cenote and Chichén Itzá were amazing to see. But felt rushed because too much time spent at a “village” where you were pressured to buy from their market. We had an all inclusive and you would get a choice of water, beer, soda or tequila shot with lunch but that was not the case. You only had a choice of juice. The guide gave a lot more information in Spanish than he did in English. When someone called to complain, instead of making the correction he complained to the entire group about it and was rude the rest of the trip.

We had an amazing time with Miriam! Our trip to Chichen Itza was smooth and relaxing. She started by giving us brief directions and then launched into a great talk about all the monuments. Miriam was fantastic at giving instructions and sharing cultural facts about Mayan history.

This tour was fantastic, packed with activities from start to finish. Our guide, Miguel, was a true gem. He knew so much about the Mayan culture, making our visit to Chichen Itza fascinating and fun.
The Cenote was real treat ! It was refreshing and just what we needed. After our swim, we enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch with plenty of options for everyone.
Valladolid was such a delightful town, full of beautiful buildings and lovely sights. The tour was well - organized, giving us plenty of time to soak in each spot.
Overall, this tour was totally worth it. Miguel was amazing, and the itinerary was perfect. Highly recommend it for a memorable day!

The cenote was, hands down, one of the most stunning spots I've ever seen. I could have easily spent the whole day there! Plus, the buffet lunch that came with the tour was super tasty and had something for everyone.
Chichen It's was really interesting to learn about, an amazing culture. Being at the ruins in front of the pyramid is really imposing.
What really made the trip special were our driver, Isidro, and our guide, Lilly. Lilly's passion for what she does shone through, and she was just the sweetest person ever! Big thanks to her for making our day so memorable.
Overall, this tour was totally worth it. Highly recommend for a fantastic adventure!

I had an amazing experience, thanks to Miguel and our driver Pedro. The tour was expertly organized and Miguel's enthusiasm for Chichen Itza and Mayan culture was evident. He was an excellent guide, helping all the group gain a deeper appreciation for the area. I recommend asking for him if you book this tour.
Booking through the app was super easy. It made organizing our departure time and details with the agency in a glance. Plus, the "single payment reservation" meant no extras or add-ons, which was great.

Howdy y’all! Our family recently took the Chichen Itza All-Inclusive Tour, and it was fantastic. As a dad traveling with teenagers, I was worried about keeping them engaged, but this tour hit the bullseye.
The tour kicked off with a smooth, on-time pickup. First, we moseyed over to Valladolid for tasty snacks and charming sights. My kids loved learning about the local customs.
Chichen Itza was the highlight. Walking through the ruins and hearing Isidro explain the hieroglyphs was incredible. My teens were captivated by the stories and the impressive pyramid. We had free time to explore and take family photos.
To top it all off, we ended the day with a refreshing swim in Cenote Xcajum. The cenote was beautiful and unique.
Overall, the tour was well-organized, educational, and a whole lot of fun. Excellent for any family looking for an engaging adventure in the while in Cancun.
Y’all give it a go, you won’t regret it!
