We opted for the 3 day 2 night cruise so we could have some more time in the beautiful bay. Our cabin was lovely and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. On our first night Kent (Superman!) looked after us really well. We then had Tom (Cruise!) who was fantastic. He made us laugh and kept us entertained, spending time with us and explaining everything we needed to know or wanted to ask. Thank you! We had a fantastic time.

In the last few years I’ve travelled many countries and I’ve booked several trips and holidays with different travel agencies. During all my travels I’ve never met such a professional, friendly, welcoming and helpful travel agent like Miss Sophie. During my stay in Hanoi I’ve booked several trips with Miss Sophie and A Travel Mate to Da Nang, Ninh Bing, Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay. During these trips everything was arranged perfectly, Sophie provided me with the best hotels, private drivers, entry tickets to museums, temple’s and pagoda’s and some private tour guides. Besides this Miss Sophie always takes the time to contact you about your trip afterwards. She’s really open and welcoming of feedback about your trip, something I really appreciated and gave me a very welcome feeling. When you travel with Miss Sophie and A Travel Mate, your trip will definitely be amazing and one you will never forget.
