The trip to Provence was a long and winding one and my son was not well on the drive. Our tour guide Samer, who looked intimidating at first, turned out to be a friendly and gentle giant who showed care and compassion while navigating the many curves and turns of this scenic journey. The weather was not great at the end and we did not visit the lake but we did get out of the car to take photos on the lavender fields in the rain and even stopped by a lovely store to make our purchases of high quality lavender products. Every place we visited was beautiful and we even saw a gorgeous waterfall at the first stop, which we were not expecting… the tour company only contacted us the day before the trip so I was nervous if we were actually going to make it or not as I tried calling the number provided to arrange our pick up and there was never a reply. I had to call trip advisor to share my concerns. The company they also provided the wrong address to the driver, who was waiting at a different address. In the end, this tour was a highlight of our trip to Nice as we had a great tour guide and also a wonderful group on the tour with us.

My friend and I went on this tour and loved it! It was so so gorgeous every place was beautiful! It’s crazy how much you can see in just a day so it’s perfect if you only have a short time in Nice! Our driver was Antonio and he was very nice and very accommodating to the group.
I would definitely recommend this tour! These towns were places I would 100% come back to in the future.

Aleksander our tour guide was amazing. He texted to confirm pickup time at hour hotel the evening before. He arrived 15 min early from confirmed pickup time. He gave us background and history during entire tour from hotel to all of our stops. He even went above and beyond to find lavender fields that weren’t cut which we were in the final week of the season. (Recommend Dramamine for those that get motion sickness as there are a lot of windy roads through the hills and gorges). Alexander also had great recommendations for touring in other nearby towns as we made our way back to Nice. Overall wonderful day trip and feel so grateful for having someone as knowledgeable as Alexsander for our tour guide.

The trip through the Gorges de Verdon was VERY beautiful and mountainous!!!
Our guide, Jassem, was nice and friendly. His driving showed that he knew the narrow roads and knew when to be careful.
Unfortunately, the lavender fields were not quite blooming anymore, but it is because of nature and the seasons. The views of the different places were incredibly beautiful!
The cities we visited were exactly what one dreamed of: Narrow paved streets and old houses mixed with restaurants with the local cuisine. Can Warm recommended!!

Our trip was with Roman today. I booked a German speaking tour. It turns out that Roman does not speak German. My request for the German Booking Referral was ignored. Luckily I understood English. Although the destinations were interesting, a real guide was missing. Roman made it clear to us that he was just the driver, so there was little information about the hot spots. He reacts annoyed to questions. Requests for a toilet break were ignored. They said there was no toilet on the way. We drove about 2.5 hours to the first stop 11:00. There were several restaurants... to stop. But was not done, because according to him there was no possibility except bushes. An earlier stop is possible for a 7 person group. Due to the above points I was not satisfied with the tour!

Justine and the two individuals she was training were great tour guides. She drove us to beautiful stops all over southern France. It was a great day with pick up and drop off right at where we were staying. Would recommend!

Went on trip to Gorges de Verdun, Moustiers and Velensole. Driver extremely rude. His driving was far too fast for the roads. He did not pick-up from Hotel but arrived at street next to hotel then blamed us for being late. His manner was appalling. He got into a argument with another driver whilst on the trip. He also constantly took his hands off the wheel whilst driving. Think twice before booking any trips with this company. Med Tours are highly recommended and totally professional and decent, intelligent people. I complained to the company about this individual and they defended his behaviour.

The mountain scenery was spectacular and the lavender fields were glorious. Lovely little villages visited and beautiful lakes. Jack our guide was accommodating.
