Something really went wrong and I’m not sure whether it was the fault of Viator or the transportation company. I clearly booked and paid for a $300 trip from downtown Florence Italy to the Pisa airport. The transportation company insisted that via tour told them I was to go to the Florence airport, a difference of.an hour (20 min ride vs 1:20 minutes). The driver pulled off the highway and make me produce some sort of documentation to show that I was supposed to be going to Pisa, which he photographed and sent to his manager. Thankfully, the transportation company was professional about it and didn’t try and make me pay any additional money. But clearly, something got really goofed up here and it did make things uncomfortable for a few moments.
