I DO NOT Recommend this company. VIATOR keeps getting worse with their vendors. The driver was not expecting us, we had to wait for him to arrive instead of him waiting for us as a “Private transport” should. He was texting and sending voice messages while driving. He was short on his answers to our questions. Extremely disappointed with this service. Do not hire them. You’re better off with a local transport. They also over charge, by A LOT!!!

Driver was very nice and assistive. Only drawback is he doesn’t speak English, but we’re able to get by with our minimal Spanish.
