Do not book with this company. This was seriously the worst experience of our lives. We were given no information ahead of time. They sent a taxi driver to pick us up an hour late, he spoke no English. He took us to sacred valley but did not stop us at the ticket booth so we had no tickets. While trying to figure out what were are supposed to do he tried to extort money from us for picking us up. Our tour left us. I’m assuming I still don’t know what was actually supposed to happen. Another tour guide took pity on us and invited us to ride to the next town while also trying to contact our tour company. I called Viator. They couldn’t get in contact with them or offer any help. We were left in a town with no information on our schedule, itinerary, train tickets or hotel. We eventually ubered 90 minutes back to Cusco and the tour finally responded 31/2 hours later. There has not yet been any apologies or offer of refund and this ruined our vacation as we were relying on this tour
