• Strongly suggest taking the Metro train ( Yellow Line ) from the nearest metro station to your hotel or using Uber Radio Taxi to come to this part of the city. If you are coming by your transport, you must ensure that you come from the Ajmeri gate side and your driver calls Tour Leader before he starts from the hotel to understand the location and meeting point. After the tour, we may help to drop you back at the same meeting point or coordinate with your driver / Uber and drop you back up to your car at Hamdard building, Asaf Ali Road accordingly.
• What to wear: Because of the little conservative society in Old Delhi - Ladies, please dress modestly, carry a scarf if possible (wear clothes which cover your shoulders and your legs up to the knee at least, Please ensure you are carrying a cap for adequate protection against the sun. Usually, you must take off footwear to visit Indian houses but check with your host as this rule may apply only to some areas of the house.
• Warning based on some recent incidents: There are many shops as Government Tourist Office in the city, but they are not the real ones, they are impostors. Govt. Tourist has only one office, which is at Janpath Road. If someone tells us, that the tour is canceled or the area is closed today because of some demonstration, request not to get into any kind of stories.

I highly recommend this tour to everyone visiting Delhi.
Our tour guide Anju showed us historic areas, temples and Haveli where most of tourists cannot step in. It was an experience, not just a sightseeing.
The favorite part of my kids was feeding cows and monkeys!

The tour ending with an incredible meal in beautiful Haveli. Anju and a gentle host Dhruv treated us like friends with respect.

We thank Anju and Dhruv for your hospitality!
We loved the tour and we’ll be definitely do it again with my daughter and husband who couldn’t join this time.

Such a lovely day in Old Delhi with Masterji Kee Haveli Tour. I couldn't ask for a better way to experience Delhi than having Angi and the team with us. Delhi is full of beauty, history, taste, smell, culture and warm people in every single corner. Seeing Delhi through Angi's eyes (and steps) was such a joy and fun experience. This was the second time I took a tour with Anju. I could not more highly recommend the thoughtful, tailored service that Anju and Dhruv provide with Masterji Kee Haveli Tours. The walking / breakfast tour of old Delhi is just like spending the best kind of morning with your favorite auntie while she shows you her favorite spots and introduces you to her friends and you eat something delicious at each stop. A truly magical way to experience Old Delhi. I will be back for another adventure soon.

If you want an experience of the real life in Old Delhi then this tour is a MUST. Raj was an amazing, knowledgeable and authentic guide as he is a resident of the area. His thoughtfulness, hospitality and generosity was exceptional. We were even entertained for lunch by the company owner Dhruv in his own home. A beautiful meal (all safe and no tummy issues).. We can't recommend this company highly enough for their service, care and the whole experience. One of the most fascinating days I've ever experienced. Not to be missed.

The walking tour around Old Delhi this week was expertly hosted by Vivian. He took us on a great tour around the streets and alleys that make up this fascinating part of the city.

Lunch at the Haveli was really enjoyable, cooked with all fresh ingredients. Very good.

Can not express how much we enjoyed this tour. Raj was an excellent guide through Old Delhi. As a local he shows you Old Delhi through his eyes as he leads you through parts of Old Delhi that most tourists don’t see. He is an excellent photographer and guided us to some great photos and provided us with copies of the photos he took as well. We had an amazing meal at the end of the tour and the opportunity to go inside a local Haveli and they even provided us the recipes. It was a very informative tour, would highly recommend.

We are seasoned travelers. And had we walked around Old Delhi on our own, it would not have been nearly as fulfilling and interesting. Our tour guide, Varun, created a tour so full of insights and history. We went down narrow streets and alcoves to witness everyday goings-on about in India. This is an immersive experience given the amount time. We went to a beautiful private home and had a delicious sit down meal. Come hungry because the food is amazing and plentiful and varied! Varun is a kind and thoughtful and funny tour guide. We highly recommend.
