The city tour, which started from Plaza de Armas in downtown Santiago, was very safe and enjoyable as I was able to see all of Santiago's diverse landscapes.

Flight was late and delayed with customs and immigration. My driver, Jesus, was still patiently waiting although we were over an hour late. Great transfer to the hotel.

I booked an airport pickup - the driver did not show up. They are supposed to track the flight but there was no sign of him. I was the first through customs and waited for 2hrs. Numerous messages to the number I was given to contact and got no response. Finally got a taxi and was ripped off badly. I will get my travel agent to arrange in future
