I was pickup by different guy who had SUV from the airport and my wife flight arrive later and they charged me $30.00 extra to go and pickup her after I already paid for roundtrip transportation. On my return flight I was pickup in minibus that was not clean and the driver was late and driving very fast. When, I contact the company that pick me up from the airport they was trying to charge me again. The people you told me to contact they real didn't respond back. You need to make it clear about the vehicle because it was not professional at all. I will not recommend them

I had a great experience with my airport transfers. I wasn’t familiar with the destination airport, so it took me time to figure out how to connect with my driver—Dimas. (I had to take an airport shuttle bus to the next terminal over to get to the taxi pick-up area)
Dimas was very nice, patient and professional and picked me up in a nice clean SUV. When confirming my return ride, there was a slight error with the pick-up time, but it was resolved in no time. Ciro was my return driver and he was prompt! He was actually 10 minutes early, which I did not mind. I’d rather be early than late. Overall, I would book this transport company again. They are professional and communicated promptly.

Transportation never came to pick us up. We contacted the company & they stated we should get a taxi after I booked them 2 months in advance. They also did not have SUVs available like i booked. Never again
