The pickup was a mess. Nobody local knew who was the local agency and due to our flight being late there was no sign at the exit even after I was told the driver would be monitoring for our arrival and get us.
The return to the airport was on schedule and as planned, much better experience.
Advice is know who the local transportation company is so when you arrive you can find that group…viator is not the name of the local agencies…
