We started by touring the market and picking up supplies for the meal we were about to cook. We taste tested bread, cheese, and chocolate. We also learned a lot about the food that is grown in Peru. Then we walked back to the studio and made a Pisco Sour, then cooked a meal with many dishes. This was a wonderful experience!

Highly recommend this class. I had a 1 on 1 experience with the chef and I learned so much. Also I highly recommend the San Pedro market too

We were looking to something fun to do on our first day in Cuzco and this cooking class was perfect! We got to do a market tour, make some cocktails and cook as a group and try many new things! Definitely a wonderful way to start our trip and so much fun!

Our experience with Dael was simply amazing! We were a bit low energy on our end, however Dael didn't let that get him down and brought a great energy (though not overwhelming). He has great knowledge of the culinary history of Peru was very eye opening and his skills in the kitchen top knotch!

This is SO worth doing while in Cusco.
Chef has everything planned out so thoughtfully - from shopping at the market to the actual preparation itself.
The studio is wonderful as well.
We had so much fun and learned so much from chef Calderon.
