Our first family trip in Vietnam. We loved Ninh Bình Halong tour. Great customer service, great tour guy -Happy, friendly and good service from bungalow at Ninh Bình.

A wonderful tour! Very well organized from start to finish. Though it seemed a little chaotic when we first arrived at the boat terminal, the rest of the tour was very well organized with room for planned activities and plenty of downtime to enjoy the beautiful views. My wife enjoyed our side-by-side massages. The massage therapists were excellent and we highly recommend this! The food was quite good. While we were there another couple and their extended family were celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary and staff went out of their way to make it special for them. We had just been married as well and ended up in the honeymoon suite and had a cake delivered to our table as well with and a visit from the chef. It was a nice personal touch. The scenery is beautiful and the kayaking was great. All in all a wonderful experience.

Without a doubt a place that you have to visit if you have a spare day in Hanoi, the town where you are staying is very beautiful, they gave us some bikes to get around the town
