I already knew alot of the history and he filled in the gaps!
He made the experience exceptional. He certainly gave us food for thought.
Northern Ireland has come so far.

We had Charlie who I would 100% recommend. There were 4 of us all similar age and he spent first 15 mins doing an overview then went off and was a fount of knowledge. All the information was delivered in a friendly relaxed way.
He took time to answer questions and was so knowledgeable. He was just great.

Tour came highly recommended but I was disappointed primarily because of the guide who was a very poor speaker and seemed to say “do you understand what I mean” every sentence. It is too bad because the topic is interesting and the murals powerful.

Our driver was a knowledgeable and interesting guide to this ‘living history’ of Northern Ireland. If anything, quite a lot of details to take in especially if your previous knowledge is somewhat scant. That said, your certainly come away knowing more…. Which ‘side’ of events you are more knowledgable about will depend on which ‘side’ of history your driver is the more familiar with!
If I had one criticism it would be a practical one …drivers should be encouraged to wear face coverings whilst interacting with their customers….

Belfast is an amazing city and this tour was the highlight of our time there. The tour guide was so informative, interesting and had personal knowledge and experience of the harder times in Belfast and the changes that have occurred. It is a must do tour for those visiting Belfast.
