Very nice time. Great food as always with hard rock :) our cocktails were ok. We had to wait a bit but the staff was very nice.

We love the Hard Rock brand and visit one wherever we go and they never disappoint. This experience was a bit better than most because of the wonderfully pleasant, cheerful greeting we received when we arrived. Maria was so sweet and kind and made a "typically" good visit a great visit.
On a side note, there was another young girl at the top of the stairs wearing an apron - I think we were told she was a food runner but I didn't know that when we first arrived. She had the most miserable look on her face, so I asked her to smile if she was going to be the first person we saw...but she never did smile. But quickly Maria showed up and all was well after that.
Thank you Maria for making my first trip to the HRC Key West a tremendous experience. You represent all that Hard Rock has always stood for.

Rocked the Packer game at Hard Rock – a spot with a cute little bar by the restaurant. Not a die-hard fan, but Duval's people-watching was gold. No relentless music blasting, thank goodness! Nachos surprised us with both generosity and flavor. The bartender was a legend, and even the rock memorabilia inside was on point. A solid spot on Duval, and yes, the Packers clinched the win!

Had a delicious chocolate martini made by Crystal. It was amazing and she was super sweet and we enjoyed talking to her. Highly recommend!

I try to go to all Hard Rocks on my trips and this was another one. There isn't much to add about the others, the Chopp was good but the girl who served us wasn't as friendly as we wanted.

Its was not really what we expected from a Hard Rock Café. Food and drink were good, service was excellent, however the place lacks the typical Hard Rock Cafe atmosphere. It is located in a very livley area, pretty much all bars are full at night, however the Hard Rock Cafe was almost empty. I am not sure what the reasons are but i guess that for sure no one comes to a Hard Rock Cafe too listen for an hour to teenage pop songs. The live entertainment of the bar on the opposite site of the street was louder than the music of the Hard Rock Cafe what is a shame.
What also annoyed us was the story with the picture. They have a photograph who takes a picture of you and promises you a free postcard. So what happens is, they take 3 pictures, 1 ugly and 2 better ones. The ugly one comes on the free post card and then they try to sell you the 2 “nice” ones. That comes across like a super clumsy try to make a dollar out of thin air.

Good time!! We had a larger group of us and they quickly and happily put tables together for us. Service and food were really good and attentive. Also a plus for food allergy families—we found them to be wonderfully accommodating for one of our children making it especially comforting for us to all enjoy our meals and experience there. The only thing I would say was a lady came around to take pics of our table and said they were complementary. However when we went to pick them up, she gave us one small photo for the entire group (11 people) and then any other photos (larger with frame) had to be purchased for $15 each!!! I just felt that she wasn’t super upfront about what they were offering so just know that going in. But we did buy a framed picture of the group so it was fine. All around, though, a nice dinner with family and friends right in the middle of downtown Key West!

We only stopped in for drinks while we walked around town but our bartender, Robert, made the time we were there. He was very friendly and kept the entertainment going while we drank.

The food was excellent and served promptly. Outdoor seating along Duvall Street. Table service was also excellent. Highly recommended.

Stop by to sit and rest for a while ended up with bbq bacon burger and cheesecake.
Nice service and personnel.
Burger served with French fries and sauce, quite big chunk to eat steak burger grilled s you wish ( mine medium rare finger licking taste )
Cheesecake served with strawberry caramel sauce very mostly and not too sweet so I recommend to try because to find a good cheesecake in states are not walking in park
