We worked with Roody to make Sancocho. He was so friendly and fun, very personable and our soup was delicious. It was a memorable experience and I'd love to come again. He deserves a raise we loved him.

Absolutely amazing! We had such a great time as a group of 7 girls! The instruction was very practical and detailed. I know exactly how to make this at home for my family now. The food was delicious and the drinks were 🔥! I had a lot of fun viking to music and hanging out with our instructor Rodi. He was so cool and really made us feel comfortable. I'll be back with my family soon!

Ruth was our lovely chef for the day. She explained why each ingredient was used and also engaged in some interesting conversations with us. Food tasted great and we were also treated to a romantic, candle lit lunch which was a rather surprise. 10/10

Favorite part was actually getting to cook and learning the tradition and culture behind the sancocho. Amelia was a great teacher and very knowledgeable about the ingredients. It is definitely a dish I can make at home.

We ended up with a private lesson with Francesca and her team, and they were all so warm and hospitable. We learned the history of Sancocho, learned and tasted some of the unique local ingredients, and made the dish together at individual stations. The meal was delicious, and the whole evening was a lot of fun. I would recommend for anyone interested in trying local food, as well as an exciting change from your typical resort fare. Thanks for the wonderful evening!

Francessca and Javier along with the rest of the crew were great! We had a blast cooking with them. I would highly recommend this excursion while in Punta Cana. Everything was exceptionally clean and very well organized. Can’t wait to do it again!
