This tour suits everyone who wants to see the most of the sites around Cusco in two days. Apart from some administrative problems in the beginning, the overall experience was good. I appreciated the information flow via WhatsApp from the management as they use this channel for sending tickets, pick-up time, etc.
When we got the tickets for Machu Picchu, my name and the same QR-code was printed on my friend’s ticket and mine. We informed the mgmnt and they told us not to worry. However, we were not granted entrance at first, leading to a discussion with the officers at Machu Picchu for 30min. I showed them that I actually paid for two person, even though I was sent two times the same ticket. Our guide helped us, too. It was quite of a hustle as we don’t speak Spanish. Finally we were able to visit the majestic site of Machu Picchu. Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. Also, he is a super photographer… The mgmnt apologized later on and ensured to inform us about the next stepts in time. There were no problem on the second day. Again, our tour guide was fantastic. Overall, I do recommend this tour.

The guides are excellent. However the administration had some issues. The 3-star hotel is not a very good one. And when we asked to switch, the reviews for the new one was also poor. I’d recommend booking your own hotel for this trip. The agency sends a daily message about your itinerary however it seems some details need to be double checked. For instance they forgot to send our return ticket from Machu Picchu and fortunately we were able to catch it before our train/bus back to Cusco. A little frustrating since we’re sort of flying blind during the trip and navigating a lot
