Give yourself a favor, do not book this tour and save yourself from headaches. I booked their 5 days, all included machupichu, and it was a big mistake. First, customer service doesn't exist here. I've asked questions on their social media, WA, and even chat wth the owner. No response. Second, I booked a tour for one person, which viator allowed me to do so. Then, the next day, they WA me saying that it's minimum for 2 people. False advertisement. Everything was non refundable, and I had to call viator. I literally spent hours resolving this issue and escalated this to the manager of viator. Lucikly, they provided me a refund. I'm not sure why this tour has a good rating. SO FRUSTATING.

Incredible experience to know those spectacular wonders and a super service from Chullos y Milagros, always attentive in the itinerary, 10/10 in everything without having to worry about anything, fully recommended!!

Having the Cusco tour organized by Chullos Travel was incredible! Katia helped us and was very available at all times, always making sure that everything went well and that we understood the schedule. We stayed 5 days in total, we did Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Sete Cors Mountain and Humantay Laguna. The hotels were great, all the guides were excellent, it was a trip that was totally worth it and was well worth it! We are very happy.

Best travel agency. They gave me the best experience ever. Katia was daily in the contact with me during the trip to check if everything is going well. I arrived during the train strike and wasn’t sure if I will be able to visit MachuPicchu. Katia update me everyday and the moment the train service back she was able to book the ticket for the first train in service and arrange the visit to MachuPicchu for the second day. Everything went very well and exactly was they mentioned in the program. Tickets were includes. They choose best restaurants for the lunch and the guides of all tours are amazing especially Richard. At day 4 I wasn’t sure about rainbow mountain trip as I was tired, Katia change the planning to visit Moray and Salirena. Thank you to the travel agency especially to Katia for being kind and available anytime.

Exceptional service. Melina and Katia greeted my husband and I with a happy anniversary sign. Before even arriving Chullos kept in contact with me and updated me which made this process very smooth. Each day we had a tour they let us know ahead of time and sorted out any issue. They are very organized. The hotel staff was welcoming and nice as well. Room was quant, but had amenities needed and water was hot. Tour guides were informative and friendly and made the tour fun. Transportation was good and available. We felt safe and comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone apart of this experience. You made my husband and I anniversary trip great. I truly recommend this excellent company that went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Thank you

This is a scam! We purchased this tour and 2 weeks before the tour were informed that Machu Picchu tickets were sold out and if we wanted to visit it, we would have to cancel Humanity Lake or Rainbow Mountain and stay a day in Aquas Calientes and buy the tickets ourselves. We just had to stand in line for an hour. This was a disaster. When we got there with clothes only for one night, the company told us that all tickets are sold out and we have to stay another day. We had a small child with us and could not. So, they left us there at Aquas Calientes with no communication. They did not provide any of the 3 main attractions listed on this tour. We did not stay at any of their hotels and they are refusing to refund our money. We paid for 6 people. If you dont want your vacation ruined, stay away from them.

The trip was very well organized and our travel agent Katia was patient and helpful in getting any questions and concerns addressed. They were punctual with pickup times and guides Wally and Herbert were excellent! It is a very busy schedule with commuting and then hiking so be prepared for that!

Edwar was an amazing guide! He went above and biting to make sure that we were getting the most out of our experience in Peru. The sights that we got to see were amazing and my friend and I got to learn so much from our guide Edwar. This was one of the best trips of my life.
