Chullos Travel Peru, Milena, worked very hard to coordinate every detail of the 7 day package, especially, during the time of uncertainty due to the political unrest!
We were lucky that Lima/Cusco opened for the tourist one week before we arrived and the Machu Picchu was spectacular and the highlight of my one month travel in South America!
The value for the money paid is very good! However, if Chullos Travel can give a little attention in working with the actual tour providers who are more consciences of the quality of the food they serve, provide better "English" speaking professional guides and choose a better accommodations, this trip would be a five star!

It was all different companies doing each trip and I have seen some amazing places for sure. And some of the foods were lush (some)
However English is not very common and sometimes it is hard to communicate with the guides.
It is kind of understandable given the landscapes but you spend up to 8 hours travelling from cusco to the locations mentioned and spend barely 40 mins there.
I did not have anytime to climitise which was quite hard on the system...straight to nearly 4000 meters.
They changed my itinary and were communicating ONLY via Whatsapp. Which was a bit frustrating for me as I did not have time to buy the correct plug due to timing of things and was very worried about running out of charge (including the powerbank) Also needed WIFI access to get their messages as the person arranges things is different to the guides you see everyday...So be prepared to pay outrages mobile charges and not knowing what are you doing next day until you get reception or wifi access
and almost everyday you wake up around 4 am (but one)
I think the worst part was the most important part for me..MachuPichu. There were strikes at the time and they blamed every problem on that which is upsetting really. I was told there would be breakfast pack from the hotel which there was not (given that it was included in the package I paid for some 5 months ago) and I was told I had to pay for my breakfast and given less than 10 mins to eat it. (They said they would offer dinner but did not bother sorting anything out...its all about the money after all) I was told to find my way back from the site to bus stop then to the train station which was sad and stressful. I barely had 10 percent of the guided tour and the guide had other customers he wanted to focus on (the same people I was picked up with in the morning) who had their train tickets booked at 4 pm by different compaines (mine was at 2 pm)
I had to make my own way to hotel from the centre everyday which was not too difficult after second day but worrying the first day nonetheless
My hotel room was infested with ants to top it all
So I will not and WOULD NOT recommend this package
You are better off going to Cusco and arranging things with tour companies yourself in your own time..I am adamant it would be cheaper too

My family and I have just finished an amazing 3 day tour of the sacred valley and Machu Picchu. It was just amazing, memories for a lifetime. Ramiro and the team at Chullos travel Peru made it perfect. Ramiro, our guide, was fantastic and full of enthusiasm and knowledge. This is definitely a trip I would recommend to anyone, and Ramiro makes it so easy and hassle free. He would definitely recommend this company and Julio's team for any trip to Peru.

My family and I decided to book an entire trip with this company and we really weren't wrong as they took care of organizing everything from start to finish. As soon as we arrived in Cusco, they were waiting for us and then immediately took us to our hotel, which by the way was reserved on our own, then they gave us all the necessary information, they reminded us again what we should and should not take and the departure times to each tour. Ramiro is a very attentive and responsible person, the guides they work with are very professional and experienced, they have unique patience and have well-controlled time. The tour to the sacred valley was beautiful with impressive views, we have visited several archaeological centers, markets and the meals were very delicious. The means of transportation we had was only for my whole family, they were so comfortable and spacious with a friendly and very responsible driver. Our trip to Machu Picchu was a bit complicated due to the restrictions but I knew how it works so in the end we had a great time always accompanied by our guide. In Cusco we also did the City tour and we had the opportunity to visit the markets, museums and various archaeological centers that are outside the city, there is really no doubt that this company is very responsible and I would dare to say that it is one of the best. The walk to the Laguna Humantay is really hard but it is worth doing more than anything in this dry season, it is recommended to do it with a company that gives you a guarantee. This trip was the best thing that could happen to us and thanks to the professional work of the entire Chullos travel Peru team, thanks for everything and we will not hesitate to recommend it to all our friends and family.

Agent Daniel was outstanding; Professional, helpful, efficient and very thorough and informative. It was extremely reassuring to know that every detail was taken care of by drivers, guides, tickets/passes for trains, Machu Picchu and other sites. A representative from the agency met with us the first night in Cusco to review our itinerary. Our guides were exceptional as were the drivers. From day 1, being greeted at the airport, a level of comfort was established that continues throughout our adventure. I thank Daniel and everyone involved in making this “bucket list” trip for us, which will be relived and shared many times.

I left everything in Daniel's capable hands and he did not disappoint. Everything we did, from cars to buses to transfers, was done smoothly and professionally. Our hotels were top notch with excellent service, breakfast, and an on-site restaurant. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, personable, and funny. If I ever travel to Peru again, I will absolutely hire them again!!!

We are independent travelers and normally do all our bookings, but since Machu Picchu was on a special list, we opted to use a tour company. We are very happy to have chosen Chullos Travel. Daniel was a true professional, she answered all of our questions and advised us on the best way to be ready to go to work. She customized our trip to have enough travel time combined with independent time to create a perfect trip. All tour guides from Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu were first class. I have stellar memories of Peru thanks to Chullos Travel Peru and its representatives.

We did the 8-day Lima/Cusco/Machu Pichu/Sacred Valley tour. Daniel was very accommodating and took care of us the entire time. He was very easy to contact and he made sure we were well taken care of.
The accommodation was all very good and the ones we stayed in were great, very clean and the people were very friendly. The vehicles they took us in were also great. We did one thing where we wanted to do our own food adventures (out of our own pocket), but wanted to be taken to the best places to eat, and they were more than happy to accommodate and accommodate us. ALL VERY WELL!!!
