The ancestral Inca knowledge is going to be revealed to you, traditions kept for thousands of years on the high Andes.

You will experience superfoods you've never heard about before.

An organic way of life: natural medicine, cooking, weaving, dressing and more.

But more importantly, you will be able to help directly to the well-being and improvement of the native families from these communities, which until now felt forgotten in the Andes.

This tour was amazing. The food and hospitality provided was second to none. It was a great learning experience to see how the smaller villages in Peru function. Highly recommend taking the day to enjoy this and disconnect from the larger cities. I'll be back.

It was a really great and insightful experience that I warmly recommend to anyone wanting to delve deeper into the local culture and local traditions while at the same time empowering a family of women and supporting them in keeping traditions alive.

Visiting CcorCcor with Jane as our guide was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Peru. Eric and I are grateful for the generous hosts Mariluz, Tiburcia, and Reyna who taught us so much about traditional Quechua ways. It was beautiful to see the passion in their demonstrations of cooking, clothing practices, weaving, and much, much more. Learning about the importance of the multi-purpose blankets was absolutely stunning - so much so that I jumped at the opportunity to purchase one to bring home. The Pachamanca was also an incredible experience to participate in. We love to travel for food and this was enriching and delicious! We wish we had more appetite to eat more of the feast, however we were still adjusting to the altitude. Booking this Pasitos Andinos excursion was unforgettable and a great opportunity to encourage the community's continuance of traditional Quechua ways.

We booked ourselves on the tour not knowing what to expect apart from having a good feel about it.

And how glad we did. The whole experience was absolutely surreal. Meeting the friendly Quechua people and them welcoming us into their village. Jane, our guide, translating for us the knowledge and stories the Quechua people were sharing with us.

It was a humbling, inspiring and unmissable experience.

If you're only doing one one-day trip out of Cusco, this is it!

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to spend a few hours with Jane and the incredible Quechua women of Chincerro Village. From start to finish we were warmly welcomed and included, feeling like we were amongst old friends and family.

The women showed us about their cultural dress, medicinal plants, cooking, dyeing alpaca and sheep wool and making handicrafts. The only problem was it went to quick and I wished I was able to speak with these amazing women, but Jane does an amazing job of translating both ways and involving everyone.

This is a great social enterprise with the women and Jane all working together in this project to give the women another source of income without exploitation,

Thanks again to Jane and the women of Chincerro who welcomed us so warmly,
