Cancelled did not happen viator need a better coordination with crew in the ground the reality is in the ground coordination and dialogue is the best practices not just collecting money

You should not book this tour because u cant get your money back. Our tour guide came to pick us up, told us there will be no view due to the bad weather and they told us they dont give money back, also no chance to reschedule!!!
