We had a fabulous time with Molly! She was an excellent guide. Traditional Irish Pub with music. Great conversation with better understanding of Irish history. Wonderful food.

We really enjoyed tasting traditional Irish food and Irish beer/ cider on this tour. We also enjoyed learning about Irish history and culture from our knowledgeable guide. The pubs we went to were all great, just were not the pubs we thought we were going to. The only place we went to that was listed was Jamesons, and that was cool learning how to make Irish coffee. We stayed for a tasting of the whiskey at our own cost. Overall great tour.

Richard took us to some great venues in some neighbourhoods outside central Dublin. The food was excellent. His description of what we walked past was insightful and entertaining.

We waited until the last minute and then booked this tour without really knowing what to expect. Richard met us in the Jameson courtyard with a ton of warmth and a huge smile. He took us through historic Dublin and showed us the city that he loves to call home. Richard has an encyclopedic knowledge of everything Ireland. We got a glimpse of what it was like on the streets we were walking 50 to 500 years ago. The food was spectacular and the beer cold. Richard’s enthusiasm was infectious and he would give you as little or as much information as you desired.

The grand finale was Irish coffees at Jameson’s and more delightful conversation and recommendations from Richard to complete our Irish vacation.

Amazing walk through Dublin with great local foods. Richard was a wonderful guide, full of facts about the city and its rich history. Ending with making your own cup of Irish coffee at Jameson was perfection!

Richard was simply engaging from the moment we met him: very knowledgeable and funny and took us to the most unique locations of the city, all the while explaining some history and anecdotes along the way

Richard, our tour guide was absolutely amazing, friendly and knowledgeable! This tour brings you to local and off the beaten packed tour guide paths to authentic, historic spots and views not offered in other tours we looked at!. The food and history filled restaurants, bars and paths including the Jameson Irish Coffee made especially for us at the end at the distillery was filling, interesting and delicious!

Richard is a historian with a rich knowledge of Dublin and we learned more about Dublin in 3 hours than we could have ever expected!

Do this tour!

We met our guide at a location other than what was listed, but to be fair, they had tried to notify us a couple of ways, but we had just sailed in that morning and were on another a.m. Tour. We learned a lot about Guiness, and the local areas. The servings were generous, the pubs were charming and our host was quite pleasant. Our favorite place was the Jameson distillery where we learned how to make an Irish Coffee that was delicious.
