No WiFi on the bus. No trip to Doolin (buried in the description it does state another town may be the location of lunch, but no time was given to look around the enticing little museum attached to the restaurant, but you can fit it in if you eat quickly). The itinerary states lunch precedes the Cliffs, but the restaurant arrival time was scheduled for 2:30 and was after the Cliffs so plan accordingly if you have kids). The itinerary stated 2 hours at the Cliffs, only 90 minutes was allotted from the start of the day. The group was punctual so the shortened time was not due to the tour attendees. Note that the description of the guide does not mention knowledgeable or familiar about the history or geography or that the commentary would be about what we were seeing. The coach was comfortable. The guide and driver were delightful and friendly. Consider this a ride to the Cliffs with stops at two rest areas and a cute shop with a lovely fairy garden in Kinerva and a tourist shop at Bunrutty Castle with a wide array of souvenirs and a stop at one restaurant with yummy food and you won’t be disappointed. If you’re interested in seeing and learning about the sites, bring a map and a guidebook.

The trip exceeded my unrealistically high expectations. The coach was comfortable (despite the wifi not working), the ride was smooth, the stops were perfect timing and spacing, the views at the Cliffs of Moher were amazing, and Richard made the day awesome.

Hard to say enough good things about our tour guide Richard, if you get him, count your lucky Irish stars because he is a legend. I personally could have stayed 3 hours a the cliff’s easily, but he runs a tight ship. Nonetheless, the cliffs were magical, the banter was hilarious, and made friends along the way as a solo traveler. Highly recommend!

Awesome service. I got to know about the Paddywagon service few ago from my friend. I live in Newcastle west for 3 years. But I didn't know the service previously. Got many information from Ireland history. Tour guide was brilliant. Overall enjoyed the nature

After visiting Timberbrush tours in Scotland back in 2018, we had such a good time that we decided to do some research about Ireland for the summer 2024. We booked two Paddywagon Tours and the first one was Cliffs of Moher from Dublin with Dan B. The tour was incredible! Dan was a great guide, an exemplary driver, very very friendly and full of interesting knowledge about Ireland and the sites we visited. There were just the right amount of stops and plenty of wonderful things to see: castles and different kinds of nature. The Cliffs were absolutely beautiful and it was lovely to have 1,5 hours to explore. We can warmly recommend this tour, this guide and Paddywagon altogether. Thank you Paddywagon team for a truly memorable day!

Cliffs of Moher are fascinating and definitely worth a visit but we had various issues with the organisation of the trip. There was about 30 mins delay in the beginning due to an apparent ‘logistical glitch’. The bus was uncomfortably warm in the central and rear seat areas but the air conditioning seemed to be working in the front. When we gave this feedback we got a cheeky response from the driver that we should ourselves open the roof window if we were that hot. The WiFi on the bus never worked. Our network was patchy on the move so we would have liked to have the WiFi access to read about the places we were visiting. The lunch stop needs to be planned better. We were almost compelled to eat at the J.P Holland Cafe and Museum which felt like an overpriced canteen and is located in an area which had no other eatery. Also, we were made to stop at Bunratty Castle at a time when it was closed to visitors. Bunratty is a charming little town with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants. The tour should be organised in a way that the stop for lunch happens at Bunratty (even if for a slightly late lunch) and people get to see the castle as well. There is no point in stopping at Bunratty otherwise. We are glad we got to experience the Cliffs of Moher but wish the organisation of our tour was better. Guide was OK - little bit of attitude in a couple of interactions.

Richard is a delightful guide and excellent driver. Learned a lot. But on Saturday there was quite a crowd. May want to try a day of the week.

The cliffs and the West Coast were spectacular. Beautiful country side. The bus ride was very long but comfortable. The bus driver, Aiden, was very good. Would recommend this trip but it needs to be made clear you are travelling from one side of the country to the other

The experience was very cool. The sites that were shown were beautiful in every way. Cliff of Mohr is the main attraction and it did not disappoint! Very nice bus and very good guide. Only problem was the bus kept having some technical difficulties.

Great trip, reasonable price. Richard O’Brien was a wonderful driver and guide. We learned a lot about more about the history of Ireland and what it’s like to live here in modern times. He kept it fun and interesting. Highly recommended.
