During this 2 and half-hour class, limited to 10/12 participants, you are guaranteed one-on-one interaction with your cooking instructor. Learn how to form and fill traditional of stuffed pasta, how to prepare the main kind of dough for filled pastas and best ways to pair with its own delectable sauce.
Even if it is a JOIN class, we will choose the menu together based on the tastes of the participants.
Only seasonal products! Only certified organic
Sometimes we'll even make the cheese for our preprations, really all from scratch.
The chef has great experience with the North American and European market so she can advise you on what to buy at home.
Others brim with fillings of cheese, braised meat, amazing vegetables or fish, organic, seasonal and locally-sourced.

My daughter and I the absolute best time at our pasta making and cooking class! Our personal chef, Giulio, was amazing. He spoke great English so we understood everything we were asked to do. He was very hands on, funny, friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We made three different pastas from scratch, as well as a ravioli filling, a ragu and a pesto all with fresh ingredients. I was skeptical at first because I don't like pesto, but it was delicious and so was the ragu! After we made our meals, we sat down to a lovely table and enjoyed our delicious dishes and some wine. Can't wait to try all the recipes at home!

This was a great class! It was very hands on and a great way to learn more about Italian food and making pasta. Chef Vary was a great teacher and it was a highlight of our trip. Looking forward to making pasta at home now.

I would highly recommend this class to anyone! We had an amazing time in Roberto’s class - learned a lot, laughed a lot, and ate a lot. There were 12 people in our class (including our family of 4 adults), and it was a very hands-on, jovial atmosphere. This is the second time that I personally have done a class through Chef Vary and her associates — the first time was 5 years ago, and this second time with Roberto did not disappoint.

We learned a lot, laughed a lot and then got to eat the (delicious) fruits of our labor. It was outstanding! The instructions were sensible and easy to understand. The chef was exceptional with communication, instructions, explanations, cooking, and just the right amount of storytelling to sweeten the evening. 10/10, would go back again.

Roberto was a fantastic host who made us feel so welcome. We loved that it was just a small group of six as it was intimate and interactive. We really enjoyed the cooking experience and learned a lot! The food was delicious and an experience we will never forget

The instructor, Irene, was wonderful. I don't like to cook, but I signed up for the class for my daughter and husband who do. I had a blast and loved every moment. I would definitely do it again. She made the class so much fun!

Chef Gulio was fantastic, kind, funny and a very talented chef. He answered questions, demonstrated as we went along and kept us focused and engaged. We made 3 different pasta’s and they were all great. After our hands on experience we sat down and ate a lovely meal and drank wine. There was plenty of food and wine to go around.
I would definitely recommend this class to everyone

We have never made pasta before and never took a cooking class. The class taught by Ms. Irene was fabulous. Not only a great chef, Ms. Irene is an excellent teacher who brought humor and fun to the experience. Making pasta was much easier than I thought, and I already have purchased a past appliance for my Kitchen Aid mixer. The class was only 8 people, so plenty of time to be involved and ask questions. After all the preparation, everyone enjoyed the meal we prepared. Also, Ms. Irene was a clean freak throughout, very important and much appreciated. Highly recommend.
