The added value of this class and what makes it truly unique is the presence of the chef specialized in gluten free.
Our goal is to give everyone the opportunity to go home and in addition to having tasted the delicacies of Italian cuisine without any fear, to be able to easily redo the dishes learned and much more.
The chef will not just give you the simple lesson but will give you a lot of information and recipes as well as leaving "a free channel" of advice for you even when you are back home.
The dishes will be prepared with natural flours that you can buy anywhere so it's easy and less expensive.
Experience a semi private (no more than 10 guests), gluten-free cooking class in Florence and learn how to cook the best Italian recipes using natural gluten-free ingredients. During the class, you will learn how to prepare gluten-free pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, lasagne... PLEASE NOTE ARE NOT ALLOWED MINOR OF 16 and in join class are not allowed VEGAN

Chef Vary was an amazing instructor! We learned so much about making 3 different kinds of gluten free pasta and she was so great at explaining it all. It’s nice too that you’re in such a small group to be able to try all the different techniques. The food was amazing and we’re so excited to make it at home!

We had the best time with Vari! She was amazing and kind as she taught us many great lessons and tips for cooking at home. Plus it was GLUTEN FREE! My wife is a celiac and this cooking class was one of her favorite memories from our trip. Vari adapted recipes to whatever preferences the group had and we made delicious tagliatelle, mashed potato raviolis, and gnocchis with pesto! They also have a great wine shop and give you a wine to sip as they clean to room to prep for dinner. Would recommend to any celiac, or person looking to learn great Italian cooking in Florence!

This was our favorite experience in Italy! We had so much fun with chef Vary. She is a typical Italian chef! We made the best meal and had a wonderful time. We ate, cooked and learned new recipes. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time making gluten free pasta. I look forward to taking the knowledge home and making the recipes for my daughter.
Chef Vary had developed the recipe which were delicious. My husband who eats gluten thought the dishes that were gluten free were fabulous too.
I would highly recommend doing this class with Chef Vary.

Our instructor, Vary, was fabulous! We made three different gluten-free pasta variations - all with fresh vegetables, spices and meat. Vary made the night enjoyable and taught cooking technique as well. We all enjoyed the delicious food we prepared afterwards. We have already recommended her to people.
