Amalfi Coast Wine Tour

We spent a delightful day touring with Daniele & Wine Tour Amalfi Coast on our recent trip to the Amalfi Coast. Communication prior to the trip was smooth with his assistant (Denise) and Daniele was a true gem. He’s a very sweet and respectful individual. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the area but even more so about the wine region (befitting of his training as a sommelier). We had a lot of fun and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

This was a highlight of our trip. Daniele was the perfect guide. He was so knowledgeable about the area as we drove to our different destinations. Taking us to Amalfi, Ravello and Scala before heading to a wonderful family owned winery where he was an excellent sommelier! We had a delicious lunch as well as surprises along the way. He also was very attentive to my bad knee which I really appreciated. I highly recommend.

Danielle was a wonderful tour guide. He made the day so fun with little surprises and very knowledgeable about the area, towns and especially wines. I learned a lot that I hadn’t learned before. The family owned winery was lovely.

We had a truly FANTASTIC time on our Amalfi wine tour with Daniele. He was SO kind and friendly throughout and told us many interesting facts about the Amalfi region - the different towns we passed through, the agriculture, history etc. We stopped at the beautiful towns of Amalfi and Ravello and Daniele made excellent recommendations for where to visit once we there.

Now for the best bit - the Reale winery visit! We were given a selection of delicious local produce (cheeses, meats and quiche) to pair with four gorgeous wines from the Reale winery. The scenery was absolutely STUNNING, as were the food and wines. Daniele was very knowledgeable and gave us many tips and recommendations for how to combine the tastes of the food and wine to bring out the best flavours… delicious! The owners of the winery served us a lunch (you pay for this separately directly to them) which was fantastic and they were very lovely people.

Daniele also took some great photos of us during points of the tour and during our winery visit! He was even so kind as to help us transfer our luggage to our new hotel at the end of the tour - THANK YOU DANIELE! What a perfect day, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. I also want to thank Denise for her kind and friendly messages helping us schedule the tour and choose the best option for us :)

Daniele hosted a perfect day of wine, food and beautiful scenery! We learned about the area and wines enough to really enjoy tasting fully. His attitude, passion and personality made the experience unforgettable! We were amazed at the unique wines and winery-something we would never find alone. 10/10 for sure!!

Daniele was a wonderful tour guide! He is from the Amalfi coast and gave us recommendations on places to go and what to do! I am hoping to return and I will be contacting him first! He went above and beyond to make our trip special!

Daniele took our group of six women to two different wineries on two separate occasions: Bosco de Medici, and Cantina Tagliafierro.
Before arriving at each winery, Daniele offered us some helpful background about each of these amazing places.

And to top all this off, Daniele also was our sommelier at Cantina Tagliafierro! (Another area of expertise with this wonderful tour guide!)

Both tours were filled with delightful wines, delicious food, and experiences not soon forgotten!

You will love your time spent with Daniele! Highly recommend!!

My family and I traveled from the states to experience as much as we could about this amazing region of Italy . Daniele delivered! He was professional, courteous, funny and so informative. My family and I loved our time with him and you will too!!!! Book him!!!

This tour was amazing and we got to see so much and experience great Amalfi hospitality! This was the highlight of our cruise to the Mediterranean! Our Driver and host Danielle was first class and caring in every way. Having grown up in Amalfi he knew so much and shared so many wonderful facts and knew all the right places to take us. He picked us up right at the port of Naples and we saw Sorrento, Positano, Ravello and of course beautiful Amalfi. He is a very skilled driver and navigated the coastal roads with ease for us. We finished this glorious day at a small
Winery in Tremonte where we had an incredible meal and experienced the authentic Italian hospitality of the owners of the winery. We loved the wine and small intimate setting! We cannot say enough about our day trip with Danielle and all the wonderful people we met on this personalized and private tour! We created memories that will forever warm our hearts and put a smile on our faces!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAD IN ITALY. Daniele is seriously a gem of a person. He knew so much about the history of Amalfi and so much about wine. My husband and I learned so much from him and our tour with him was incredible. Daniele felt like an old friend and him and Rafael (the owner of the winery) made every moment feel so personable and special. Not to mention the wine and food made by Rafael’s mother was some of the best food we’ve had in Italy. Truly the most amazing experience one can book and we will never forget it and our new friend from Amalfi, Daniele.
