I've had better tours. Unfortunately, our scheduled tour guide had to cancel just before our scheduled tour. Viator was able to get a substitute to start 2 hours after our scheduled start time - which I appreciated, although that did throw off our schedule for the day. Unfortunately, our guide - an older gentleman with a gravelly yet not particularly loud voice - wasn't a particularly engaging guide, although he tried. And, we had a larger group of 11 - which did not work well because of all of the ambient street noise. So, it was difficult to hear our guide and he did not keep our attention - and most of our group lost interest early into the tour.
