First, let me say that the service was amazing. We were moving to Bangkok with a lot of luggage and two pets. Initially, the company was concerned that their representatives wouldn't be able to wait for us at the Customs Vet Office while we registered our cats, but they exceeded our expectations. Two representatives met us at the disembarking area and efficiently guided us through all the procedures. While we handled our cats' paperwork at the Vet Office, three other reps took care of our luggage, including two oversized bags. As the process at the Vet Office took longer than expected, the group leader proactively checked on our transportation arrangements and coordinated the exact meeting point. Once we completed the customs requirements, they escorted us to the transport meeting point and connected us with their representatives. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and service.

Very horrible to handle we spend almost 2 hours. Don't know for what we paid money.
Honesty I have never seen no fast track emigration we did suffer alot.
We were bussiness class better we used bussiness class service

This is great service, and if it wasn't for the excellent lady helping me it could have ended very badly when the transport didn't show up. it got resolved with her help and I got to Hua Hin eventually
Viator is a services broker and cannot co-ordinate between services, and it is hard to deal with when there is a breakdown in service. so I wont recommend Viator again

The smile when I first met the lady. Sorry I forgot the ladies name. So friendly, chatty and helpful. I would recommend this service to everyone. I also included a transfer to the bbk hotel. It meant I was relaxed from start to finish.

We recently used the Immigration Fast Track service provided by iAsia Thailand at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. We were met by a lovely lady who guided us quickly through the airport and immigration. She helped us quickly get our bags. She also assisted us right through to meeting our driver for our transfer to the hotel. On this point she was beyond helpful. Our driver didn't arrive (to note this service was not booked through iAsia - it was a different company). She took hold of the situation, made a few calls, walked us to a different part of the airport and waited until our driver eventually got to us. We would never have found him without her. She was amazing and went above & beyond.

We were met right outside the plane and accompanied through the terminal to the short priority immigration lane in the arrival hall. Our guide was polite and professional, The process took just a few minutes and allowed us to avoid waiting in long lines to have our passports stamped.

Fast track through customs is already available to business class passengers. No value here. Greeter walked fast in front of us and didn’t really notice or care we had to practically run to keep up. Had to wait for car to hotel for 20-30 mins, could have just walked up and gotten into a taxi. Driver was nice but it was a low end Toyota. Absolutely not worth the price.
