There was some confusion on boarding as the registration desk was tucked around a corner and we didn't see it - we queued up and piled on board only to be sent back to turn our Viator e-voucher into a ticket. Luckily, tables were pre-allocated so we didn't end up at a lousy spot. So a hint to future users: do look around for the registration desk when you arrive pre-boarding.
The buffet started before we set sail and the food was good - fresh, tasty and abundant. The views along the river at night were great but our real complaint was the ubiquity of the (live) lounge music. You couldn't escape it and it dogged us up and down the river for two hours. If you're into it, or can mentally block it out, then the cruise would be good for you; for us, it was a bit of a disappointment.

Easy access to the Pier through the mall. Once onboard you will be seated and can order drinks from your table and go to the buffet. Cruise is 2 hrs and takes you past many sites... Enjoy :)

We had a great time on the wonderful Pearl cruise.
Entertainment was good and food was amazing, such a variety.
It went for just the right amount of time too.
Definitely recommend .

This was a basic dinner cruise. A nice way to see the temples at night, but nothing special. I had no trouble finding the dock. When the boat first arrived, all of the staff were on board saluting guests and they rolled out a red carpet. That was nice. Not all tables are inside with air conditioning. The band was okay, but a bit cheesy. The food was pretty good, but it was laid out in more than one location, so easy to miss parts of it. The waiters were attentive with drinks

The boat pulled in with music playing with their workers saluting. Once we were able to board the workers guided people to their seating area. I had an outside table where there was another worker to show me where I would be seating. I had a table at the side with views of the river. The cruise sailed at a slow and smooth speed that I didn’t even notice when we pulled away. The food was buffet option with variety of options! It was all delicious!!

Everything went amazing, trip was well organized & amazing views of Bangkok. We stayed 3 nights in Bangkok and great way to explore city in couple of hours.

The boat pomade a grand entrance pulling into the dock with lights on, music playing and the workers spread a top throughout the boat to salute the guest. They gii you de you to the area where you are seated and a waiter takes you to your table. It’s buffet style and it is opened to grab food almost immediately once you are seated. Nice cruise around seeing some famous locations in Bangkok from the river.

Loved the idea of this cruise and the outside of the boat. The actual details of the event were not great.
We were told to arrive from 6-8 but really should get there as close to 8 as possible unless you enjoy standing outside in the humidity.
As many have mentioned, the food quality is really bad. This might be because the target market seems to be mainland Chinese who don’t have much expectation of food nor understand buffet etiquette. The presentation of the food is beautiful but the quality is bad.
The music was a nice touch. Boat is beautiful. View is beautiful. The guests on board and the food quality both made it unenjoyable for me. In fact this was the only bad meal I had on our trip as we absolutely love Thai food.
