This tour was brilliant. So much information, so much to take onboard and see. A brilliant and knowledgeable guide with so much local knowledge and stories Clement our guide had to share. Cannot recommend more highly.

Very informative overview of Johannesburg/apartheid history. Good tour guides at each location, and good South African lunch in Soweto. Only recommendation is less time at Constitution Hill and more time at the excellent Apartheid Museum.

Our guide Nathi was awesome, very friendly and informative, the tour was super interesting and included loads of places with enough time at each one, buffet at Sakhumzi Restaurant was VERY overpriced & not worth it as not enough time/not many dishes/food wasn't great - tasted heated up rather than fresh - would be a lot better if you could order off menu instead! Aside from the buffet, the tour was fantastic, thanks Nathi!

We only had one day in Johannesburg and wanted to see it all. We were fortunate to work with the CEO to personalize our tour. Bagani was knowledgeable and personable. He made this trip a great experience for us. Thank you for giving a beautiful day in your lovely city of Johannesburg

This is a great way to learn a bit about Joburg and its complex history in a day. You'll probably wish you could spend longer at places, particularly the Apartheid Museum, but if you only have a day, this gives you a flavour. Our guide Clement was very friendly and informative. Lunch in Soweto was good, although if you sit by the window on the road side you will be constantly interrupted by people busking and trying to sell you things.

The content of the tour, and the well-informed guides, were good. The Apartheid museum was great. However the tour did not meet expectations in a few important practical ways - we booked on a 'small group, max 15' tour, but were on a 22 seater that was very full; the staff could not get the aircon to work, so the full bus became quite uncomfortable; nor did the guide's microphone work, so half the group could not hear him as we drove; because the group was larger, we spent additional time morning and evening driving around to do pick-ups and drop offs, and were slower at every stop disembarking etc.

The stops at Constitution Hall, Mandala House and the Apartheid museum were good. But the van was old and the A/C was not working. You are in the van for a long time so it was miserable during the whole time we were in the van. The mic also was working on and off so it was hard to hear the guide at times while we were in the van.
I was expecting to stop at different spots within Soweto however, we only had one stop at Soweto to take a pic in front of the Soweto sign otherwise it was just a drive through the area. So we didn’t get to see Soweto well nor take pics at different areas. So that was disappointing.
