The way Ramada Plaza, Star Gate, Karachi's staff treat their guests is quite impressive. In support to my statement, i would like to mention the names, Mr. Hamza, Mr. Abbas and Ms. Nasreen from Housekeeping department for their professional approach and meanwhile i would like to thank the previously mentioned employee of the Ramada Plaza.

Arthur blew my mind with his knowledge and wine culture passion. It was my first wine tour in Kelowna and the best way to spend a full day learning and tasting. Thank you Arthur for your kindness and pictures. Highly recommend it. Cheers🍷🍷

We had a wonderful day touring with Arthur. He was very knowledgeable and considerate. He volunteered to take candid photos of us while we toured the wineries and we were taken to all the top wineries in Kelowna.

Our guide, Arthur was great, and so was the different wines we tasted and the scenery . I would recommend this tour if you want a taste of the great wines in this region

Arthur of Teahouse Wine Tours was great. He went above and beyond. The added touches were most appreciated and did not go unnoticed. The VIP experience of Mission Hills was excellent. I did not like Mt. Boucherie or Black Swift as neither one provided a wine tasting menu and the servers did not interact and provided minimalistic descriptions. They couldn't leave the table fast enough after each pour.
I would book with Arthur again provided different wineries were on offer.

We had an amazing day touring with Arthur as our guide. He arrived on time to pick us up and brought us safely to each winery. His knowledge of the wineries as well as the local area was excellent and he is incredibly personable and customer service oriented. He even had bottled water and some snacks for us to enjoy between wineries! It was a treat touring with him for the day and we would highly recommend his tour to anyone visiting Kelowna!

From giving us advice on what to do, and where to go, to bringing us to 2 more wineries, understanding our group energy, and adjusting the itinerary as we went… this day was perfect ! Arthur is the only one providing the tours so you will effectively get the same experience!!
