Our tour guide was very prepared and knowledgeable. We recommend this private tour. La Alhambra is such a unique place to visit and explore.

Beautiful detailed tour and clear in their explanation.
I highly recommend because the historical chronology is necessary to understand the evolution of the Alhambra.

Thanks again to our guide who knew how to pass on his knowledge with a touch of humor.

WE LOST €340 with them, unfortunately. I requested our money back within 24 hours after purchasing but they declined it. They have a very strong policy about "No refunds" but looks like the rules only work if they are for their benefit. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, a determined start time is stated when you are going to buy the tickets, but they freely change the start time of tours from one day to another. NOT ETHICAL, NOT PORFESSIONAL....VERY DISAPPOINTING.

This company is a fraud. They operate under the alhambra-entradas.org website and "pretend" to be an official tickets' seller for the Alhambra. Even an experienced concierge of our (5-star) hotel in Spain was fooled.
What you receive instead of an official Alhambra ticket is a 50 euro city pass, which does include the Alhambra visit, but is only worth it if you want to visit other sites in Granada and have 2 days for it. They seem to charge another 35 euro for an audio guide which is absolutely useless (a much better version is available for free at Alhambra).
Needless to say they ignore all complaints. Do not use.

This travel agent sells overprized tickets to the Alhambra. The website gives you the impression that you are buying a Ticket for a certain time slot to visit the Alhambra. In fact, we received a Granada City Card with entrance to the Generalife and Gardens only. The price we paid was almost double the official value. The Audio-Guides that were included were unnecessary as there are free official guides that can be downloaded.
BEWARE of this rip-off! DO NOT buy Alhambra tickets here, find the official sight and ticket office!

This review refers to the Granada Card, which can be purchased online up to three months prior to arrival. You will need to note the specific days when you will be using the card and the specific date and timeslot to enter the Nasrid Palace. Note: There is no tour guide associated with the Granada Card.

We used the Granada Card during our trip. It is a good path if you want to take in a number of sights in a relatively short period of time (48 or 72 hours). The pass allows you a timed ticket entry into the Nasrid Palace in Alhambra (also useful if you unable to reserve a timeslot from the Alhambra website). Note: For the Nasrid Palace, the admission policy is very strict. You will book for a specific timeslot, in which you have to enter at that time or 30 within minutes afterward.

The Granada Card also allowed us into the Alcazaba, Generalife Gardens. In town, the pass allowed us into the Royal Chapel (resting place of Ferdinand and Isabelle) and Cathedral of Granada. There were some of the monasteries farther away from town, including Sacromonte Abbey (good to see the cave chapels), Monastery of St. Jeronimo (first monastery in Granada after Christian conquest), and Monastery of Cartuja (Baroque style). The pass also allows up to nine bus rides, which was sufficient to get us around to the sights, including the overlook at St. Nicholas (suggest seeing it during sunset).

For us, it took us to explore a few more places than originally planned. I’m glad that we took this route because it gave us a much fuller appreciation of the sights and culture of the city.

The tour itself was good to learn the history of The Alhambra. The tour guide did a great job. However the website for my top tours was very misleading about several things, and I would warn folks that they do not send you your entrance ticket. They hand it to you in person at the time of your tour, and therefore you cannot enter early. I showed up about 3 hours early for the alhambra hoping to be there all day only to realize this.

Very disappointing. We paid for a 48 hour pass at the Alhambra. Nothing in the web site or on the ticket indicated that we only had 24hours for visits within the walls. As we are both in our seventies we tried to pace ourselves especially as it was very warm. We got most done except for Generalife.
The next day even though Generalife was very quiet we were prevented by the staff from visiting. We were told to go to the ticket office down the hill outside the city walls. There we were told we couldn’t buy any tickets for several days. No one wanted to help. So we didn’t get to see Generalife. Particularly annoying as our hotel room overlooked the quiet gardens
