We booked this trip and got pinged by Mike days before our trip date. He was very courteous and was on top of things and gave us all the information before our car arrived to pick us up.
The driver was very professional and made 2 stops along the way. First one was perfect and we stopped for a coffee break. 2nd stop was not that great as it was a typical highway truck stop setting where everybody there was trying to sell us stuff we didn't need, charged us to use the restroom facility and made us uncomfortable being there. If it wasn't for that stop, this would be a perfect trip.
Mike from Go Luxor, however, was exceptionally awesome. Even the morning before, he texted us to let us know who the driver is and kept checking while we were en-route and called the driver to make sure all is going well with our ride.
I highly recommend Mike and Go Luxor tour. He was accommodating, took care of our arrangements, and was exceptionally nice and caring towards us and our needs. We felt very safe with his arrangements. If I were to go there again, we will definitely be using Mike's services.
