Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel Guided Tour-SKIP THE LINE

Please excuse my delay in writing this review, once I got home I had a slight case of Covid. Our tour guide made the whole experience wonderful! I can’t say enough about her knowledge and detail in explaining what we were seeing. Her passion was infectious! I would highly recommend Viator to all!!!

They lied to us about skip the line. They lectured us for 15 minutes then took us to the END of the 12 hour wait line. We want our money back!!!

Our tour guide, Gabrielle, was knowledgeable and very friendly, but our group was too large, and we moved too fast to really see things. There is the option to stay after and explore more, but not with the guide. If you want to say, “I’ve been to the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel,” this tour will work for you. Plan to stay longer or take a longer tour if you want to go more in depth.

Waited at the meeting point for 30 minutes no guide arrived. Didn’t get to go on the tour. Called the contact number and no answer

This is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE. Bought tickets and showed up 20 minutes early. Waited around until 3:05 and no one ever showed up. This is a scam, I will be getting my money back from either TripAdvisor or the bank. Extremely aggravating.
