The Vatican City's history and the Vatican Museums collections are very very rich.
Also this museum is one of the busiest museum. Two/three hours is not enough to visit all the important things. But a licensed guide knows his job very well!
The guide could be taken stoppages at Round Room,Belvedere Torso, Octagon room, Pio-Clemente Museum, Gallery of Candelabra, Tapestries Gallery, Gallery of Maps, Constantine room abd Sistine Chapel. Then you will arive inside the Sistine Chapel. The ceiling is the most attractive and interesting part of this tour. Also the Last Judgment is a great creation of Michelangelo Buonarroti! And finally you will arive inside the St. Peter's Basilica passing directly from the Sistine Chapel. It is the biggest church of the world. Michaelangelo's great masterpiece "La Pieta", the holy door, tomb of the Pope's, the Dome, holy water, swiss guard, bronze door you can get here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We showed up at the meeting point only to find out that the company they “hired” for the tour no longer works with them. We had a tour for 12pm. At 12:06pm, we got an email from Viator refunding our tour. They did not contact us about canceling the tour. All we got is a refund email. I’m very disappointed with the service from Viator. I am grateful for the tour agency Once Upon a Time for going beyond their duty and getting us tickets for the Vatican museum. Shame on Viator for giving us a tour and canceling it without notice. I am not sure if I will use Viator again. I am very disappointed in them.
