The driver went out of his way to make us comfortable and relaxed, stopping for coffee at the Luwak plantation was great.

Tripguru is the worse your company…
I booked a tour in Bali… and specifically sent an email to confirm that I will be returned to my hotel by 6 pm… because I had prebooked a 6:30 pm airport transfer… and Bali traffic is no joke and you must leave on time…
Tripguru responded that I would be back on time by 6 pm…
So I go on the tour and confirm with the driver… and the driver says that I will get back at 8:30 pm and miss my flight…
It was a group tour and so I even tried to stay on the tour but every person had to agree to do the Ubud rice fields last and go far east first… I was even willing to pay for my own taxi from Ubud back to Denpasar AT MY OWN EXPENSE…
Unfortunately, one of the passengers was adamant that she wanted to do the Ubud rice fields first… and so I had to leave the tour before it started…
And here is the Fraud and Scam part… the company refused to issue a refund even when I have written proof that they responded saying I would be back by 6 pm in time to catch my flight…
I booked through GetYourGuide and they refunded their 30% cut… but TripGuru is a fraudulent company and still has not refunded the money…
I could do a bank chargeback with all the written evidence that I have on this… but that would also harm GetYourGuide who gave me a refund on their part…
So I am instead just warning everyone not to work with TripGuru…
The problem is that TripGuru I found out is based in the Philippines and not Bali… so their customer service doesn’t even know anything about Bali…

Unreal photos Dewa was amazing super friendly 10/10 tour guide and experience! Only bad things was pick up was at 6am not advertised time of 8.30am and the day was 13 hours in total not 11.5 as advertised, Bali traffic was a bit crazy so hence the longer time but I think saying 11.5-14 hours duration would be more clear and transparent! overall the extra time and king day was 100% worth it :)

A lovely tour to see some of the most iconic places, it's a long tour so be prepared. Photos were stunning and we covered a good few places in this tour. Definitely would recommend it when in Bali.

We had a great tour guide, Oka, and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave a great tour. He was very patient and took us around the places safely and comfortably.

Our guide, Marta, was fantastic! He was very attentive, offering to take photos of us everywhere, and guiding us around the attractions. He taught us how to pose, where to look, and coached us through each photo shoot! I have photos that look professional and I don't know how to pose. It's all thanks to Marta's coaching!

Great full day tour to see the highlights of Bali. Awesome tour guide Mr iKadek/Poncho - he was patient and kind and gave us lots of insights into Balinese culture. Recommended.

It was an amazing experience. The trek is not easy but it is totally worth it. My guide was Senegall. He was very patient during the trek and at the same time made sure that we reach the top before the sunrise. While returning we took another way which was altogether a different experience.
